Once order is shipped, we will attach tracking details to your order and/or message the tracking details to you. Cancellation Only orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled. Cancelling an order should be done before receiving shipment tracking information. Any orders placed from Friday after 5PM PST through Monday 9AM PST cannot be cancelled as we are unable to cancel orders that are shipped over the weekend because we are only able to get cancellation approval during normal business hours from our warehouses. Delivery Issues - In the event that multiple parts are ordered, there may be cases where we have to ship the parts from multiple warehouse locations. In that case you may get some parts sooner than others. - If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or a refund will be issued. If no replacement is available, we will issue you a refund in full. Warranty -Your warranty lasts for two year from the delivery date of your item. It covers functionality problems that may occur with the auto part as a result of manufacturing.
