Description: Antique Photos - James Henderson, Emma Dewey Henderson Two of 44 photos from an old album I purchased at an antique shop in Lawrence, MA. It likely belonged to descendants of the Henderson/Molyneaux/Hume family, who moved to the US from Canada. To see all the photos from this group, search for G24-1290. Writing in album "Jim Henderson" and "Jim & Emma Henderson". Photographer on 2nd photo is Ingelus, Seattle, WA. Jim is the son of Isaac Henderson and Elizabeth Molyneaux. Emma is the daughter of Herman Dewey and Minnie Petersdorf. After Jim died, she married Stanley Parchim. See above the 1891 Census record for Isaac Henderson, living in Queens County, Prince Edward Island with his wife Elizabeth and children Ida, James, Maggie, Arthur, Lena, Bessie, John, George and Isaac. See also the 1900 Census record for Emma Dewey, living in Vernon, WI with her widowed father Herman and brothers Herman and Paul. And the 1911 British Columbia Marriage record for Emma Dewey and James Henderson. And the 1920-1930 Census records for James Henderson, living in Seattle, WA with his wife Emma. And the 1947 Wisconsin Marriage record for Emma Henderson and Stanley Parchim. When I provide this genealogy info, it's my best guess that it's a match for the person in the photo. First photo is in fair condition with broken corners. Second photo is in good condition - it's on lightweight cardboard, was probably in a folder at one time. Actual sizes are about 2 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches and 4 x 6 1/2 inches.
