Description: Gibson Les Paul Studio Used 1997 Maple+Mahogany body Ebony w/Hard case This is a 1997 model "Studio" that inherits the sound and playability of Gibson Solid Electric's signature model "Les Paul Standard" and has a simple style. Featuring a full-sized maple top and mahogany back body with a mahogany neck, it features the powerful sound unique to Les Paul. It has a solid weight and is good at creating a clear, extended low range and a hard, rock sound. The standard "490R, 498T" humbucker setup, which was also mounted on Les Paul Customs at the time, outputs a lively sound from blues to rock. Overall, there are signs of use consistent with its age, including scratches, dents, and damage to the paint. Partial wear of the frets can be seen, but currently only about 70% remains, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition. It has a simple black finish and comes with a nice genuine hard case.
