A stray current (electrolysis) test is also recommended, and should show a reading of 0.05 volts or lower. If test reads higher, seek an auto electrician to rectify the problem. See your vehicle service manual, or local dealership for correct coolant specifications. Successful warranty claims will be honored with a replacement unit or store credit. Warranty does not cover any fitting or return postage costs.
