Our Halloween II (2009) masks were developed using the film used master mold direct from Special Effects Artist Wayne Toth who made the masks for the film! All returned items must be received at our processing facility within 7 working days from the date your return is approved and/or authorized. -A 15% restocking fee applies to all products returned for "buyer’s remorse" in which case shipping costs are non-refundable. -Buyer Pays for all RETURN shipping costs, unless the buyer receives the wrong item. Then TOY SLAYER will pay the return shipping. -Products that are under warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer's Warranty Center. -TOY SLAYER is not responsible for any item that is broken after the buyer opens the package. We inspect all items here before mailing out.
