Illustrated with frontispiece folding illustration that has an approximate 5" tear. Inside the text is a fold out map illustration of Paris and views on the opposite side. There is an approximate 6" closed tear to the map and views. Illustrations also include 4 color views one titled "A Christmas Carol, by Phiz" opposite page 737 (Phiz was a pseudonym for English illustrator Hablot Knight Brown). Interior contents are clean.
