Description: Beautiful condition covered candy dish with lattice edge on the lid. Listed as a Lion Box by the Imperial Glass Co. Patent Aug 6, 1889 is embossed on the underside of the lid. Marigold (Rubigold) colored iridescent glass with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. With original sticker label. Imperial glass company mark IG incised on the bottom. Measures: 7 1/4” long x 6 1/4” high x 3 1/4” depth of dish. Please study all pictures for your satisfaction. The bottom base edge have areas of where the color treatment is not placed on the piece.
