Bosselman & Co. Postmarked 1907 from Norfolk, VA with a Jamestown Celebration cancel. Addressed to Manchester, Virginia (Richmond area) and has that town postmark on the back side also. I note the Manchester, Virginia postmark is scarce. Good / very good condition, some corner & edge wear with a little paper loss in those areas, some soiling.
