Two months ago the air handler in the attic went out again so we scraped the whole system and went with USA made. Can't find the box but will keep looking and if found, will include it and papers. I also have the outside 5 ton heat exchanger that was working perfectly. It also has circuitry to handle solar panels. If interested just message me for details. Please see pictures. Buy this ONLY if you are replacing an IDENTICAL Thermostat with a working hub or are planning to buy the hub for it! It is working perfectly now so if you buy this and connect it to the wrong hub you could destroy this unit and, returns will not be accepted. Lennox Icomfort S30 smart hub will work. Others may as well but this one for sure. Check with A/C professional to know if what you have will work. If you are replacing the exact thermostat your hub should work. Be positive you have the correct hub before purchasing this item.
