Has short handles and it is two purses in one zipped together as we have shown in our pictures. Good condition. Lining is black and white with one pocket in each. Zip closures on both purses. One is colorful basket weave look with black background and the other is outlines of colorful hearts on black background. Not sure of material but feels like heavy nylon but appears that it is a waterproof material, possibly acetate. Very nicely made. No rips tears or damage that we can see.
