This particular neck is a natural colored one as shown. 3. I do not think these are dry fly necks. .. unless you are tying some larger size dries. These are more for streamer or saltwater tying. These feathers are larger. Some people have India necks on ebay, and they list them as dry fly necks. I disagree very much with that. I will not list these as such. 4.
