Description: This lot features a collection of vintage advertising/recipe books & leaflets from various companies, including Knox Gelatine, PET Milk, Baker's Chocolate, MIRRO, and Culinary Arts Institute. The colorful multi-color items were created between 1951-1963 and are all original pieces. They would make a great addition to any collection or a unique decoration for any kitchen or dining room. The items were manufactured in the United States and feature a variety of instructions and recipes using their products. The Candy Book-1951. The Culinary Arts Inst. 48 pages. Has minor stains on front & back pages.The picture on the centerfold page was stuck together. See photo. Candies - made with PET Evaporated Milk. 1963. 15 pages. It is in great condition for age. Knox Unflavored Gelatine - small-1961. 14 pages. It is in great shape, but on the last page is a small metal piece glued to the page. See photo. Knox gel it! -1963. 15 pages. In really good condition for age, with minor crease or small tear to be expected from use. MIRRO Old world cake & dessert pan - no date, I think possibly 1959. 8 pages. In great shape, a few very small stains on the back cover page. Baker's Chocolate - 1954. Insert. Has a small tear on the bottom, and creases were folded. Recipes on both sides.
