Description: 3 Antique Hand Tools Exact time period is unknown, these came from grandparents' estate Square: 9" x 5 1/2"`Metal ruler but darken from age, wood with brass "handle" with unique brass inlay to attach to ruler section, also brass along the inside of handle. There is imprinted initials on the tool in two places which I think is W A B, could represent a brand Utility Knife: The metal knife is stored inside of the wood handle, the brass lever is the locking mechanism, closed 8 1/2" in length, when utility knife is fully extended, the overall length is 13" I do not see any manufacturer's trademarks.
