Marx 1095 Santa Fe E-7 Diesel Locomotive A/A Units

Description: Here is something for the operators out there who just want some F units to run, not necessarily in pristine condition. This is a Marx O gauge AA set of #1095 Santa Fe plastic F7 diesels, decorated in the famous Santa Fe "Warbonnet" paint scheme. The power unit does work, but as you can see in the short test video, it is sporadic, and likely will need a good cleaning and lubrication. The headlight still works, and it does reverse. Both units have damage and repairs as follows (and these things are shown in the pics in closeups). The powered A unit has one replacement step, the black horns are replacements, there is a crack in the front nose, and one of the plastic side frames on the motor is also cracked (could be glued,. or they do make repro side frames). The unpowered A unit has TWO replacement steps, replacement horns, and there is a tiny chip in the rear at the top of the unit. Photos show all, with a yardstick in many of the shots for size reference.
