Description: This is a Mason’s CFJCo Improved fruit canning jar, pint size with glass insert and metal band. The word Mason’s is arched over the CFJCo emblem and the word Improved under the emblem. On the reverse side of the jar is Clyde, N.Y. On the base is H23 and the glass insert reads Trademark Mason’s Improved Registered May 23 1871. The The rim of the jar is a little rough, the glass insert is great and the band is a little loose. The jar stands 5 7/8 inches tall and is light green or maybe olive. Truly an amazing jar.
