INTERIOR IS LINED IN COTTON AND BACKED IN POLISHED COTTON WITH BELTING AT THE BOTTOM WITH A BLACK GLAZED SHARP BUCKLE. A NOTE IS ATTACHED ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER, GIVING THE OWNER’S IDENTIFICATION.
