We have recently uncovered a hoard of NOS license plates from the DMV. These plates are BRAND NEW in their original envelopes. This is quite and AMAZING find! Since the D40-000 series was reserved for RV dealers only one plate was issued per envelope instead of a pair. These would look great on your classic car, garage wall, or man cave. I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE PLATES. Add these to your collection, or register them to your antique vehicle (if you live in MN).
