Leather straps are designed to "move" for adjustment and comfort.Each is nicely stamped "Made in England" and "Neverrust". Can't tell if they were made in England and used by US forces, as they look just like US style. That would be my guess, although they could have been used by a British officer.Excellent condition overall.
