Description: Description: Up for sale is a beautiful Noritake Norwood 6011 Single (1) 4 Cup Teapot w/ Lid. At the time this listing was written, multiple place settings, serving pieces, and extra pieces were available in this pattern, so be sure and check out my many other lots! The 4 cup teapot & lid measures approximately 6.0” in height (4 cup capacity) and is marked with the following backstamp: “Noritake Japan 6011 Norwood US Design Pat. 187146.” The teapot & lid is of a white base with blue and yellow flowers, a smooth rim, and a platinum rim and verge. The pattern has been discontinued with the dates of manufacture listed between 1959 and 1971. Condition: Overall, the 4 cup teapot & lid is in great condition and looks to have been rarely used. The teapot & lid was acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no major condition issues were noticed upon a thorough inspection. The piece may show extremely light signs of holiday use or extremely light cleaning scratches, or light imperfections to the platinum rim/verge; however, I do not feel that the condition of the piece has been compromised.
