Description: NOS Murray Top Wheel muscle bike steering wheel posts. This is the keyed post used with the Murray brand bicycle steering wheels used in the later 1960's and early 1970's. The posts are NOS and have good chrome on the post and zinc plating on the hardware. The posts do have a few shelf wear marks from being stored together in a box, and hardware has a little spotting from age. The length of the post is about 13 inches long. It is the same length and diameter as the Huffy Wheel mounting post and will fit and work with a Huffy Steering Wheel. However the shape on the top is not square. It is round with a key. It will slip in with some slight filing at the top and a little tapping to get it in the wheel. The top of the post is keyed to hold tight.
