Description: Original scarce BLUE GOOSE apple box/apple crate label. Used for apples distributed by American Fruit Growers Inc. of California with main office in Los Angeles, California. Label was printed by Western Litho Co. and was used in the apple districts of California (Watsonville & Sebastopol) for 45 lbs. of Gravenstein apples. In my experience its odd to find a Blue Goose with a variety of apples printed on it as normally they just use apples so it can be used for all varieties (Winesap, Newtown Pippin, Delicious, Gravenstein, etc.) Label is in good-fair condition BECAUSE IT HAS MANY HANDLING MARKS WITH TEARS - see scan. Label is sold AS IS so look carefully before you bid. I will combine shipping on auctions.
