Description: Original rare JIM HILL apple or pear box wrap/tissue. Used for Hood River apples packed by Apple Growers Ass'n in Hood River, Oregon. This tissue/wrap is from the circa 1920s back when each individual apple or pear was wrapped in a tissue. I have been collecting apple wraps/tissues for over 20 years and this came from a collection started in the 1980s by avid apple box label collectors in Chelan, WA. Tissue is yellow in color.Tissue is approximately 8.75" x 8.75". Label is in good-fair condition WITH A WATERSTAIN, SEVERAL STAINS, FOLDING & HANDLING MARKS WHICH IS TYPICAL OF A TISSUE AS THEY ARE SO FRAGILE - see photo. I will combine shipping on auctions.
