The 5165A-001 began its production in 2007 and was discontinued in 2011. Features like a refined and more original 38.5 mm size case, and an updated dial help this watch to have vintage charm with modern reliability. When the 5165 was released, it was the most desirable Aquanaut manufactured at the time due to the case size. With the introduction of such a beautiful Patek a new Caliber was included, the 330 SC (a Patek Philippe in-house manufactured movement) gives the 5165 greater usability as well as a 48-hour power reserve. The 5165 is a RARE and important model in the evolution of the Aquanaut and was only produced for a few years before being discontinued. This watch was produced toward the end of production and features all of the modern innovations that happened over the lifespan of this model. Included with the sale of this very Rare Aquanaut 5165 is the original warranty paperwork from 2010, the original manuals and paperwork and an Original Patek Philippe inner and outer box.
