The white stuff on the toe area is tape. It will come off. There is some wear around the bottom of the shoes, especially the back. That could be fixed with a black shoe pen. The inside of the shoe is to dark to get a picture but they are clean, no feet marks or odors and it's actually a gel insert. I believe they came with the shoes..So they feel really comfy. There are some black spots on the top orange part, I tried to get you some pictures. I believe it would clean off with a little cleaning. I don't se any flaws to the black part of the shoe.
