Description: A great rarity for an addition to your Penn State collection! This was brought out by Hometowne Collectibles way back in 1998 and it seems to be exceedingly rare these days. It features the mascot in brilliant colors leading a crowd... also in brilliant colors. I could not find other examples on here. It was probably a limited run back then. Very good condition and great visual design to this.
