This lovely bowl would be a wonderful gift to someone special or maybe even yourself! Condition: Glistens! SUPER CLEAN. Has large pinwheels, stars, geometric shapes and a sawtooth rim. The mark of NUCUT is on its serving area. In very good condition. I see no scratches on the interior or exterior. A great dish for use of display. Dimensions: 7.75” long, 4 1/8” wide, 1 3/4" tall. Although this dish appears to be cut glass, it actually is a high-quality pressed glass. Located in Bellaire, Ohio, Imperial Glass Co. introduced its “Nucut” line in 1914. It was created to be a cut-glass look-alike. Cut glass was very expensive — Nucut was marketed to those who couldn't afford the real thing. This dish was made in the early 1900s and would fetch $$$ to $$$ in an antiques shop.
