Description: The cd, dvd, and insert are all included. The case has pretty significant wear. The front has scuffs and the back a large scratch. On the inside one of the latches that keeps the discs secure has broken off so the dvd doesn’t stay in place. Both the cd and dvd have scuffs and scratches. Both were tested and worked.
