Description: Queen Victoria Jubilee Year Commemorative Footed Plate with scalloped edges. This amazing piece of British history is in decent shape for it’s age. Some of the gold paint around the rim has worn off and it does have a crack. There are multiple chips on the piece- mostly on the bottom. The colors are bright and it appears to be hand painted.
