The book is in good, not perfect, condition. It does NOT include a dust jacket and has a somewhat musty odor. The cover, which has retained good color, and all pages, which are off-white, are attached. The front cover has color loss at the top, right, and bottom edges, there are chips out at the top and bottom right-hand corners, there is paper loss next to Raggedy Ann's right foot; the inside front cover has an owner's label, the first internal page has owner's information stamped in blue ink (the names have been edited out by me) and a shadow from a missing owner label; the back inside cover has the owner's information stamped in blue ink (perhaps if a family member from a generation or two lived on Lincoln Road in Sudbury it might have been their book); the back cover has chips missing at the top and bottom left-hand corners, there is paper missing at the top right-hand edge, the bottom edge and right-hand corner have missing color.
