This is the actual numbered # 56 Great Bible Leaf from the Magnificent Great Bible-1566-Richard Camarden-London. Darlow and Moule # 86. There are 58 Lines to the inch. This Leaf is the From The Book of Numbers-Chapters 4-5-Read about Maintaining and Moving the Tabernacle-about Israel-much more!!! Text is Numbers 4:5 through 5:19. Also a nice engraving of the enlarged first letter to Chapter 5 This beautiful Leaf is from the Last Large Impression of the Great Bible- Large Folio-16 3/8" by 10 5/8"- 2 Column Black Letter. Many Years before First Printing of KJV-During the Reign of Queen Elizabeth. This is a tremendous opportunity to own an early Edition Great Bible leaf Condition: some light browning-couple of spots-light stain-- edges are very good!!!! I see a couple of small pinholes.
