It is in new condition, with,I believe, the original factory tags still adhered. It does not come in original packaging. But is unused and in pristine condition. This pattern is timeless. Lenox made this pattern from 1917-2012 (yes, for 104 years!). The intricate gold rim which this collection is known for is made even more decorative with a gold basket weave motif throughout the rim.
