Very smooth F nib (slightly flexible as on the early Man 100 pens). The light briarwood was only manufactured in 1987. The briarwood pens from Waterman are exceptionally comfortable and soft to use. The pen has no box but comes with original papers. As seen on the pictures, the pen have some light stains of ink. this is due to the pen use as is quite inevitable on wood.
