Description: Bridgeport Milling Machine with 2J Variable Speed Head Completely rebuilt, very good overall condition, always well cared for. Machine is tight, accurate and runs quiet. Rebuilding included a complete rebuild of the 2J head, with new bearings, drive and timing belts and vari-speed pulley bushings. The X and Y ways and the table top were ground by D&L Grinding in Redwood City, then turcite was applied to the saddle, restoring the geometry to original specs. X Axis power feed is included. Tool carousel with R8 tooling and a step block & hold-down set are included.Vise included: original 6" Bridgeport with rotary base or 6" Kurt clone, your choice.
