This is a great example of very high-grade silver ore from a classic Colorado locality, collected in the mid 1970's. Great banding and unusual structure, usually there is just one band of silver in slices of this material, this specimen has multiple silver bands and areas! Ex. Carl Kroll (1941-1996) Collection. Mr. Kroll was a miner at the Bulldog mine for over 20 years and I was lucky to acquire his mineral collection this past July.
