In seller's opinion, both patches are like new, though preowned and unused. This item will be shipped to buyer by USPS Ground Advantage Mail at buyer's cost. As indicated above, seller is of the opinion that the two patches are in like new condition. However, condition is always in the eyes of the beholder.
