Initially, only five people worked here. During the 1870s, the factory was constantly reconstructed and expanded. In 1879, the first "Partnership on faith" in Voronezh was formed - the forerunner of a joint-stock company. Here, for the first time in Voronezh, a steam engine with a capacity of 10 horsepower was used. At the same plant, the first iron foundry in Voronezh for 50 workers was built. In 1880, the plant began producing plows for the first time in Russian industry, and a little later, straw cutters and equipment for mills, flour mills on a cast-iron pedestal. Between 1880 and 1910, the enterprise repeatedly won the highest awards at representative exhibitions. In 1918, everything was nationalized. В 1880 году на заводе впервые в российской промышленности было начато производство плугов, а немного позже соломорезок и оборудования для мельниц, мукомольных поставов на чугунном постаменте.
