This 2008 year's print is titled "Blue Winged Teal at Santee Costal Reserve" The artist is Jim Killen. The Governor's Medallion edition has a 500 print limit with matching numbered medallions and Stamps and signed by the South Carolina Govenor Mark Sanford. The artist (Donnie Hughes) signed the print as well as one of the stamps. Additionally, a reproduction of the print image in the form of a gold plated relief medallion accompanies each Governor's Edition print. A Certificate of Authenticity is included. The Certificate holder has an indentation from the pressue of the frame, not ripped, just an indentation, see photo. The framed and matted print, no. 100 of 500, 28th Edition and measures 16 1/2" x 16 1/2" and is in Excellent condition(never displayed). Ready-to-hang.
