Not only is this moss amazing and Full spectrum but I hand cleaned and Sun dried myself! When I receive my bulk moss I wash it thoroughly and get rid of anything unwanted (you may still find things from the ocean in your package) that’s ok! When using this moss it is very concentrated, by that I mean I sun dry very very well so that you get more moss for your buck! This moss will quadruple in size or more when soaked in water! I personally soak mine for 24 hours. I would take a small handful (enough to fill 1/3-1/2 of a normal size bowl) I like to let it absorb as much water as it can and once it’s done soaking I wash/rinse very very thoroughly. After your moss is washed it’s time to blend it in a blender with 1-2 cups of purified water. After your mixture is smooth and blended you will need to keep it in a jar in the refrigerator and use as needed. The moss will last up to 2-3 weeks if kept in the refrigerator. I usually make enough to last 2 weeks and then make a fresh batch.
