The noodles will melt completely in a double boiler when mixed in an appropriate formulation and I can easily melt 50-200 lbs of these noodles in a water jacketed stainless steel tank [Propylene Glycol (PPG) instead of water works better]. I use the 20, 60 and 125 gallon stainless steel tanks made by Discount Soap Equipment to melt my noodles. I also use a Sigma Plodder/Extruder for some of my bars.
