The document is a standard type certificate, so-called “order booklet”. It is hard-bound, with gold impression of the Soviet state emblem and inscription “Union of Soviet Socialist Republics” and “Order Booklet” on the front cover. The internal pages are watermarked and show typographically printed individual serial number of the certificate. The first page has a provision for a photograph with the usual stamp “valid without a photo” (post-war Soviet documents rarely had a photo, although most had a provision for it.) The opposite page has full name of the recipient: Pyotr Petrovich Kalabshika. The next pages have stamp and hand-written entry showing that he was awarded with Order of Badge of Honor #1392403 on 1 June 1977. The document was filled out on 14 June 1977. The document is in VERY GOOD condition. Shows only minor wear to the cover, while the binding is nice and tight. The interior pages are clean, show only minor foxing and age toning.
