Returns and Refunds Cancellations If you have purchased something and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately before the order is packed and dispatched. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy. Returns We accept returns of unwanted/incorrectly purchased goods providing they are returned to us in new/unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the return of the item and we suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Return postage costs are at the buyers expense, we will then refund excluding our original shipping costs when the item is returned to us. Any items that are returned damaged, missing items or not in resellable condition will not be refunded, photographic evidence will be given.
