That said, while it is intended to remain sealed, 99% of buyers understand the item's description and elect to break the shrink wrap and pair up the album jacket with the correct vinyl. Just like the original Butcher Cover, these mock-ups are constructed using separate front and back slicks pasted on a brown kraft board jacket. There is writing on the spine just like the original. Note: The front cover slick is not textured like the original, that paper is nearly impossible to find. Both slicks have matte finishes, not semi-gloss like the original. It is meant for display. Shipped in a box designed specifically for albums. Sandwiched between two cardboard filler pads.
