Description: The Last Picture Show by Larry McMurtry 1st Edition, 1st Printing 1966 hard cover/dust jacket, ex-library book. Book is in Good condition with wear and shelf wear, significant soiling on text block, severe brown staining inside covers possibly from using an adhesive wash for the mylar cover that oxidized over time but staining is not visible on half title page or after (see pictures), a slight cant to book with front cover sitting slightly to the right of the rear cover, dust jacket flaps are glued to the inside of covers, mylar protective covers are permanently glued at flaps as well, it is possible the dust jacket has been cut down a little bit at top and bottom to allow it to fit in the mylar, name inside front cover, and a few stamps inside front and rear covers. Inside pages are clean, bright, and unmarked. Binding is sound. Please see pictures as they are considered part of the condition description. I take numerous photos of the actual item and describe it as accurately as I can so you don't have to risk your buying decision on stock photos and generic condition descriptions.
