It’s in brand new/factory sealed condition and includes the 4K disc, Blu-ray Disc, and the rare, out of print slipcover. The slipcover is in excellent condition, I’d say about an 8/10 with some corner wear. The surface, edges, and spines look good from what I can see and feel through the factory plastic.
