The Sets are old, outer wrappers are very thin, and have been handled by previous owners, who opened these wrappers to look at their coins. We do not sell “perfect” sets. The coins have value, not the wrappers. However, we can answer questions concerning the used condition of the wrapping. ALL proof and uncirculated sets will show signs of toning. Our response is “Yes, in our opinion the coin has been cleaned to some extent during its lifetime.” However, we have never cleaned any coins in our procession. We wouldn’t know how to tell if a coin has been cleaned or not. A good honest coin dealer will tell you most all coins have been cleaned at some point, they sell cleaned coins, and buy cleaned coins.9. PAYMENT: Payment is expected within 48 hours from the end of the auction. Combined shipping is only offered during the 48-hour payment period. We will combine orders if you purchase multiple items in that 48-hour period, but you must request combined shipping via eBay messaging.
