Here we have a rare and attractive crystal cluster of doubly terminated topaz crystals with numerous inclusions of specular hematite flakes from the Thomas Range in western Utah. The topaz crystals are doubly terminated and are well-formed sharp and have a nice gemmy sherry color (the sherry color is dark due to the hematite inclusions) along with a glassy luster. There are a numerous small sharply formed flakes of black (metallic luster) specular hematite crystals as inclusions within the topaz crystals. Photography All of our photos are taken with a 75Watt GE True White incandescent bulb. (unless otherwise stated). Colors may vary if you look at our items in different wavelengths of light (under different bulbs). Small Cabinet - small cabinet specimens must fit completely inside an "imaginary" 3 inch cube. Look for -SCB in our titles. Cabinet - cabinet specimens are those larger than 3 inches. (too large to fit inside a 3 inch cube) Look for -CAB in our titles.
