Explanation: When Ty decided to change the tush tag again, they must have had an excess of the 3rd generation tush tag. Initially, Ty attached a transparent sticker over the red heart, which added a small red star to the upper left of the heart. When the 4th generation tush tag was printed, the sticker disappeared, and the small red star was the only change. I have searched multiple listings and cannot find a similar item for this particular beanie, that is why I state that this item is rare.
