This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - right edge partially crimped); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in areas); many edge indents/nicks (several tears exist); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); one small hole that I could see; some pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
