There is a break in the clear plastic - upper left corner - examine photos. I have wiped it down, but you may want to clean the groove of the cord more. Measures 8" wide x 5.5" tall x 5.5" deep. minor wear to the cream colored case. I thought perhaps the case was white and that is had yellowed from age, but the bottom also is cream.
