Description: Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an interesting framed and matted abstract shapes / biomorphic forms artist proof by artist, Siegel. Circa '60s. Materials: paper, ink. Colors; black, blue, beige background. Numbered: 2/3. This piece is embossed around the edges of the shapes (see photos). It is numbered and signed in graphite along the lower edge of the paper (again, see photos). The frame is a simple silver metal frame with a glass protective covering over the front. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side for hanging / display purposes. It will make a sweet addition to any modern interior setting! Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 22.25" tall x 18.25" wide. The visible artwork alone, excluding the frame and matting, measures approx. 14.75" tall x 11.25" wide. Condition: The artwork is in good condition. There are a couple of light discoloration marks on the paper along the right side (see photos) - they don't particularly detract, but we are mentioning them for accuracy. Aside from that, the artwork appears to be in nice shape - no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. The frame, while structurally solid, does shows some small dings and scuff marks here and there from handing and age. Overall it displays nicely and is ready to be enjoyed in a new home.
